Shipping Policy

When Do You Ship?

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Your Device will ship via USPS, the order must be received by 9am Mountain Standard time to ship out the same day.

Costs For Shipping?

USPS - First class 5 day business days is Free

USPS - Priority  2 - 3 Business days  is $15.00 to $25.00 USD

USPS - Overnight Shipping (Call Administrator for Shipping Rates)

How to track an order that's been shipped?

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email from either our Administrator  or USPS with your tracking number once the order ships.

In store pick up option?

You can pick up your order by appointment only at any of our site locations. Our offices are open Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm. It may take a few hours to put together, so it is  best to call beforehand to make an appointment so that we can have it ready for you. Are the items in stock?

All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.

What are the lead times?

We aim to ship orders within 3 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. Also we do have a few special order items that have longer lead times. Larger orders may also take a few extra days to ship out. What are the shipping times?

USPS ground – 5-7 business days coast to coast

USPS 3 rd day – 3 business days

USPS 2nd day- 2 business days

USPS Overnight – 1 business day 

Please note that the shipping times do not including the day it was shipped. Example, if your 3rd day shipment goes out on Monday you will receive your order on Thursday. If your 2nd day shipment goes out on Monday you will receive it on Wednesday. USPS first class mail is about 5 business days. USPS priority mail is 2-3 business days. And USPS Express is 1-2 business days. USPS does delivery on Saturday so if your priority mail shipment goes out on Wednesday you will receive it either Friday or Saturday. If it goes out on Thursday, you will receive it either Saturday or Monday.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Devices shipped to our clients remain property of Bluetooth Interlock Technologies Llc. (B.I.T.), 365 Interlock Monitoring Inc. and Bluetooth Interlock Management Llc.

All devices are tested before shipped out to the client for functionality purposes. 

The client will be responsible for returning the device to 813 Myrtle, El Paso, Tx. 79901 in good operating condition when the Courts or Probation Officer has released the client from their Court Order by emailing Bluetooth Interlock Technologies Llc., 365 Interlock Monitoring Inc. or Bluetooth  Interlock Management Llc. 

The Client is responsible for returning the device and all shipping costs.

The client may return the device to their local administrator if it was picked up at a local office.

Client will return the device no later than fifteen days (15) from the time of discharge or will be charged $250.00 for a restocking fee.

If a device must be returned, the client will be responsible for any shipping fees and any device repairs.
